Terms of use
These terms are between you and NextResume. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review all generated material before relying on it.
Keep every claim truthful
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you submit and use. Review generated wording, dates, metrics, qualifications, and contact details before sending a resume to an employer.
No ATS or employment outcome guarantee
Match scores and format checks are heuristics. NextResume does not guarantee ATS acceptance, interviews, or employment outcomes, and it does not know every employer's screening configuration. The service is an editing and decision-support tool, not a recruiter, legal adviser, or career-outcome guarantee.
One credit starts a new job session
New accounts currently receive 10 credits. Editing, reopening, or regenerating within the same session does not use another credit. If the first billable step fails, the service returns the credit through the ledger. Purchase plans are not currently offered.
Do not misuse the service
Do not attempt to access another person's data, disrupt or probe the service, bypass account or credit controls, upload malicious files, violate another person's rights, or use generated content to make false or misleading claims.
You keep your rights
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You give NextResume a limited permission to process, store, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
The service can change or be interrupted
NextResume may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and third-party providers may experience outages or change their services. We will take reasonable steps to operate the service, but continuous availability is not promised.
Non-excludable rights remain
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, NextResume is not responsible for hiring decisions, missed opportunities, or losses caused by relying on unreviewed generated content or unavailable third-party services.
