Transparent content review

How NextResume creates and reviews career content

This policy explains how our public product pages, methodology notes, and fictional resume examples are researched, written, checked, and updated.

NextResume policy

Who reviews the content

NextResume publishes and reviews these pages as an organisation. Product behaviour, matching explanations, and format guidance are checked against the current implementation and methodology.

NextResume policy

How examples are labelled

Fictional examples are labelled clearly. They use fictional people, companies, contact details, dates, and outcomes to demonstrate structure and evidence mapping, not to represent customer results.

How claims are handled

We do not publish fabricated ratings or expert credentials. We avoid promises about ATS acceptance, interviews, rankings, or employment outcomes, and we qualify claims when the evidence is limited.

Updates and corrections

We update dates when the content changes materially, keep product descriptions aligned with the live site, and welcome corrections through the support contact in the privacy notice.

Product boundaries

Evidence remains more important than polished wording

The product can help organise requirements and suggest a reviewable draft. It cannot prove an unsupported claim, simulate every employer ATS, or replace your final factual review.

Apply the method

Review the evidence before you export

Use a real job description, keep unsupported gaps visible, and decide which claims belong in your application.
