What NextResume is

NextResume tailors a resume to one job description at a time. It imports an existing PDF or DOCX resume, maps its evidence to the requirements of the job, asks about requirements the resume does not support, and writes an editable draft for PDF or DOCX export.

The requirement analysis appears within seconds of adding a job description, and writing the tailored draft usually takes 10–20 seconds. Signup includes 10 credits, and one credit starts a new job session.

The site also has a free ATS resume checker and a free resume keyword matcher. Both run in the browser, need no signup, and do not upload the resume.

Limits

What NextResume does not do

  • NextResume does not invent experience. Requirements without supporting evidence stay visible as gap questions.
  • NextResume does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or ATS acceptance.
  • NextResume does not simulate a specific employer's applicant tracking system. Its keyword score is a heuristic for review.
